Tennis News: Novak Djokovic’s deportation order was reversed by the court, which means he will be released from custody. The men’s world number one tennis player will be able to check out of the Park Hotel in Carlton, where he has been for the past four nights.

The government has also been ordered to pay for all of the appeal’s costs.

Novak Djokovic’s visa was cancelled last week, but the Australian government decided to rescind the decision, which means his visa will be reinstated, and he will be released from custody and receive his passport and other personal belongings.

Novak Djokovic was quizzed overnight at Melbourne airport after arriving late on Wednesday night, according to the court’s ruling, which was read out in an online session.

The athlete was notified in the early hours of the next morning that he had until 8:30 a.m. to respond to the planned termination of his visa. The border agent, however, cancelled it at 7:42 a.m.

“He might have contacted others and made comments to the delegate about why his visa should not be cancelled,” said Djokovic if he had been given until 8:30 a.m. as promised “According to the judge.

According to government counsel, the ordeal may not be over because the immigration minister, Alex Hawke, can now personally intervene and decide to withdraw his visa on wholly fresh grounds.

“I’ve been told (the minister) will contemplate exercising a personal power of cancellation,” says the minister “Christopher Tran, a lawyer, stated.

If the minister decides to cancel Djokovic’s visa, the matter might return to court, since he faces a three-year ban from Australia.

Judge Anthony Kelly of the Federal Circuit Court has stated unequivocally that if the government decides to entertain this request, he must be given adequate notice to prepare for future proceedings.

Despite the fact that the hearing was streamed live on the internet, a small group of Djokovic supporters gathered outside the federal courthouse, waving a Serbian flag, carrying a photo of their idol, and dancing to the sound of an accordion.
