Manchester United head coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has spoken out regarding Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland.
“Erling will have a fantastic career. I have my eye on him. I’ve always said that,” stated Solskjaer to VG.
It was previously reported that the English club are interested in the 20-year-old footballer.
And the coach said: “I think we’ve spent 18 months together. Maybe almost two years. It’s a wonderful time. He has a great career ahead of him, both for the Norwegian national team and for his club.”
“He has had incredible success at Borussia. We’ll see how it ends. It’s great that he’s handling everything.”
“We will do everything to become a better team and he will do everything to become a better player. Where will he end up? I don’t want to guess yet. I wish him all the best. The choice is up to him.”
