Sevilla head coach Julen Lopetegui has shared his expectations for the Champions League 1/8 final match against Borussia Dortmund, set for February 17.
“Edin Terzic plays good football. Borussia can attack in different ways, both on the ball and on the counter. This coach knows his players very well, and he has a great team,” Lopetegui said to UEFA’s official website.
“Borussia create goal-scoring chances of such quality that you won’t see anything like that with most teams. Borussia have players of the highest level in every line.
“But our enthusiasm, our ambitions do not become any smaller. We want to beat teams as strong as Borussia.”
“This is the most important match of the season at the moment. We are in the Champions League play-offs and we will be playing against a team with some of the most talented young players in Europe in attack,” he said.
