Jamie Carragher discussed Liverpool’s current situation, in terms of existing as well as bringing in players.
“I am sure Liverpool could do with bringing a striker in,” Carragher said on Sky Bet’s Super Six podcast.
“Bobby Firmino plays the No. 9 role but he’s not a number nine,” he said.
“There’s too much pressure on Mane and Salah, I think. Firmino doesn’t score enough. He’s the one I worry about in terms of keeping his place in terms of the current front three.
“The Liverpool front 3 needs to change, which means that Bobby Firmino will come out.”
