Benjamin Pavard tested positive for COVID-19, as reported by Bayern Munich.
On Saturday, Bayern faces Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga before their Champions League first-leg last-16 match against Lazio in Rome next Tuesday.
But, after a positive coronavirus test results, Bayern Munich defender Pavard is set for a spell on the sidelines.
France international Pavard has begun self-isolating at home but the club said he was “in good health”.
