Football agent Mino Raiola made a high-profile interview last December in which he claimed the imminent end to the alliance between his client Paul Pogba and Manchester United.
The press had thus named Juventus as the main contender for the French midfielder, but Raiola has now kept his cards down on the matter.
“Pogba at Juventus? I can’t talk about Paul because people get nervous, stay up at night. I have to work quietly… If I talk, someone starts to resent me,” Raiola was quoted as saying by journalist Fabrizio Romano on his Twitter.
But the Frenchman himself has previously stated that he is ready to discuss a new contract with the Red Devils.
And Manchester United head coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has criticized Raiola for his remarks in the press regarding Pogba’s desire to change his club residency.
