Premier League Announces the Fixtures for the 2020-21 Season

The Premier League fixtures have finally been determined, and even announced officially.

The fixtures will begin from the weekend of 12 September, the delayed start due to the ongoing adaptation to coronavirus.

Manchester City will play host to Aston Villa, whereas Manchester United will go to Brighton visiting Burnley and Chelsea.

Meanwhile, Fulham, the play-off winners in the Playoffs, will host Arsenal, and West Bromwich Albion, the third promoted team, will take on Leicester.

Coincidentally, Liverpool will start their Premier League title defence with a home game against newly-promoted Leeds United.

The Anfield game presents Marcelo Bielsa’s men with the most sobering obstacles in what will be the first top-flight encounter of the clubs since February 2004, since Liverpool claimed the Championship by 10 points less than a month ago.
