Norwegian playmaker Martin Odegaard, linked with a permanent move to Arsenal, has said ‘I’m very happy at Arsenal’.
Speaking to Norwegian outlet VG, the playmaker said: “I said many times that I’ve been looking for stability (in the same club), but haven’t found it.
“I think it’ll be important to find stability. I’m very happy at Arsenal, enjoying myself. I like it here. Now my focus is to finish the season, then we’ll see.”
The Real Madrid loanee has adapted quickly to Premier League football.
In fact, he was even named man-of-the-match in Arsenal’s thrilling 3-3 draw with West Ham United on Sunday.
So, Arsenal are apparently keen to keep the 22-year-old on their books until the end of the season.
Odegaard’s impressive results under Mikel Arteta have naturally led to speculation about a permanent contract.
Moreover, the player himself has confirmed that he is enjoying life in North London.
