Jurgen Klopp has announced that, his time with Liverpool comes to an end, as he will take a year off from football.
The Reds’ manager has had a tough Premier League season so far, with many first-team defenders hurt.
It was thus a disappointing run of form at Anfield since the turn of the year.
It has seen his side dropping out of the title chase and into the top four.
And Klopp, who has recently been linked with the German national team job, has stated that he wants time off.
So, no bid can convince him to take another position during his break.
“When Liverpool finish, it’s definitely a year’s break. No one needs to call, not after four months or after six. No matter who tries it, it’s a year’s shift,” Klopp said during an interview with compatriot Lothar Matthaus for Bild.
