Horrific Football News – Thieves Robbed Guerini's Grave

After thieves stole items left by friends and family at Daniel Guerini’s grave, his mother warned that “someone sees everything.” In today’s horrific football news, thieves robbed Guerini’s grave, to the outrage of his family and the entire football community.

Daniel Guerini was a Lazio youth academy product who had also spent time on loan at Torino, Fiorentina, and SPAL.

Guerini was a talented midfielder who played for Italy at the Under-15 and Under-16 levels.

However, he tragically passed away in a car accident three days after his 19th birthday in March 2021.

Guerini’s mother revealed today that her son’s friends and family left special items at the grave. These included shirts, scarves, and a little eagle toy referencing the Lazio club symbol.

However, in some upsetting developments in the story, these items were stolen, uniting the football family in grief and outrage.

“To whoever you are, to you who dared to steal from Guero’s grave, I wish you all the ill in the world,” she wrote on social media claim The Mirror.

“A scarf, a Scudetto symbol, an eagle… Watch out, someone sees everything…”

Lazio forward Ciro Immobile joined the condemnation of this horrific act:

“Guero, forgive them, for they know not what they do. Just disgusting, people without an ounce of humanity. Shame.”

Roma icon Francesco Totti also condemned the ‘shameful’ actions of someone who would think to steal from a teenager’s tomb.
