Most players, including Ronaldo, have resumed pre-season training on Juventus training grounds to prepare for football fixtures today and later.
Meanwhile, Juventus (and Italy) captain Giorgio Chiellini has been a free agent since his contract with Bianconeri expired in June.
However, he has already agreed, unofficially, to stay until June 2022.
Now, Giorgio Chiellini will discuss a possible extension as Juventus captain until 2023 with the club in the coming months.
Football Live Today – Dybala’s Agent Has Arrived at Turin
According to Sky Sport Italia, Juventus attacker Paulo Dybala’s agent has landed in Italy today, ready to resume talks. Jorge Antun, Dybala’s representative, needs to discuss the Argentine’s future with Juventus.
However, Dybala’s agent will necessarily have to observe quarantine conditions for 10 days before meeting with the directors of Continassa.
This self-isolation that Antun must undergo for over a week is delayed an already slow-turning drama arounf Dybala’s Juventus future.
Dybala’s contract expires in June 2022. And the 27-year-old, who arrived from Palermo in July 2015, has yet to sign a contract with the Old Lady.
However, Max Allegri has perhaps offered him a key role in the Juventus first team going forward, so we are in no doubt about a contract extension.
After all, agreeing fresh terms with Dybala has become a top priority for Juventus now. The Turin club will want to finalize a deal quickly and shut down any exit talk completely.
Meanwhile, Argentine reconnected with his teammates directly after the summer holidays between domestic seasons. He was flying low in this summer’s radar because he did not compete in the Copa America, which Argentina won.
