Chelsea Would Sell Four Players for Romelu Lukaku

The team of Chelsea surprised everyone by reaching the final of the Champions League, which play with Manchester City tonight. But what’s more surprising still are reports that Chelsea would sell four players for Romelu Lukaku.

Since Thomas Tuchel arrived as the new coach, Chelsea’s one problem has been the lack of effectiveness against the frame.

For that reason, several media have pointed out that the German strategist seeks to bring in an old acquaintance.

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is himself eager to bring the Inter forward back to Stamford Bridge, where Lukaku admits his heart lies.

Former Chelsea star Joe Cole has also urged the Blues to land Lukaku’s signature from Inter Milan this summer.

Lukaku in an Exchange Deal with Four Blues Players?

Because this superstar helped Inter Milan become Serie A champions, reportedly, Chelsea would sell four players for Romelu Lukaku.

The former Chelsea man has managed to score 30 goals in 44 games with Inter this season.

And, according to The Sunday World, the blue board would cash in on the sales of four players for him.

Chelsea could raise funds for Lukaku by selling Callum Hudson-Odoi, Ross Barkley, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Tammy Abraham and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

To finance the signing of Lukaku, the Blues may sell these four players while they will also dismiss other.

These four have not had many minutes in the second part of the tournament, anyway.

Lukaku is valued at 100 million euros, according to Transfermarkt, and thus unlikely to transfer elsewhere with ease.

However, we remind readers that the Nerazzurri leadership plans to restructure to offset some losses. Selling Lukaku may be one way of doing that.

So, Lukaku may leave Inter despite just winning Serie A with them, just as Antonio Conte resigned.
