Manchester City feel the pressure of repeating their 2-1 success of the first leg. After all, they’ve enjoyed 26 wins in the last 28 of their matches (they lost to Leeds over the weekend).

On the other hand, Dortmund are staggering in their local Bundesliga season too. Moreover, their star youth Erling Haaland is facing a draught of goals, for Dortmund or for Norway, like never before. He has not scored in six matches, which is the longest he’s gone without a goal since joining Bundesliga.

Now though, Haaland may get to redeem himself, in the UCL quarterfinals, no less, if he is on the roster.

Borussia Dortmund:

Haaland is likely to be on the Dortmund attack tonight. However, he companion in scoring, Jadon Sancho, won’t be at the German team’s disposal. Despite the fact that he returned to training after six weeks of a thigh injury, he isn’t ready to play.

Marco Reus, who scored the singular goal for Dortmund in the first leg, may be out too. He also may not be fit enough to accompany Mats Hummels.

So, the predicted team to start is:
