After Danilo D’Ambrosio and Samir Handanovic tested positive for coronavirus, putting seven first-team players at risk, Inter suspect an outbreak on the virus.
Seven players were on the team bus with the two players last Sunday, according to Il Corriere dello Sport.
Stefan de Virj, Achraf Hakimi, Nicol Barella, Christian Eriksen, Ivan Perisic, Lautaro Martinez, and Romelu Lukaku were all in the team bus with the two positive players on Sunday.
On Sunday morning, D’Ambrosio started to develop symptoms, and Handanovic has since tested positive as well.
However, the seven other people, who have so far escaped the coronavirus, have not tested positive for COVID-19.
