Cricket News: On Wednesday, Indian cricketer Hanuma Vihari made a major announcement, confirming his departure from the Andhra Cricket Association. From the 2019 season, the 27-year-old will be a part of the Hyderabad Cricket Association.
The cricketer broke the news in a tweet, writing, “I’d want to take this time to let everyone know that I’m leaving the Andhra Cricket Association on good terms. For the past five years, I’ve had the honour of captaining and representing Andhra Pradesh. We’ve grown into a team that we can be proud of, and I’d like to express my gratitude to all of my teammates, coaches, and Association office bearers for their unwavering support.”
The cricketer did not leave any questions unanswered following his exit from the Andhra Pradesh team. He declared that he will continue to play domestic cricket in the following season and will be a member of the Hyderabad Cricket Association.

Hanuma Vihari has been one of India’s most reliable red-ball players during the last ten years. The right-handed batsman made his first-class debut for Hyderabad against Jharkhand during the 2011-12 season. In his entire FC career, Vihari has appeared in 93 games and scored 7194 runs at an outstanding average of 54.91. Vihari’s return to Hyderabad could prove to be a significant addition for the club ahead of the new domestic season, especially with so much experience in the longest format of the game.
