The Brazilian League 2020 will begin on August 9th and run through February 2021.
The Brazilian Soccer Confederation (CBF) confirmed today that August will see the League commence.
The League will consist of 20 teams and 38 fixtures, and continue with the same format and rules. On August 26, the Brazil Cup will begin, under the same rules.
The responsibility for the liberation of attendance / prohibition was already transferred to local governments. Still, for the next month, only Rio de Janeiro allowed attendance.
Perhaps some clubs will have to play in other stadiums / places depending on the restrictions of local governments.
