Boxing News: Caroline Dubois makes her pro boxing debut on November 20th, on a bill headlined by Richard Riakporhe’s world cruiserweight title eliminator.

BOXXER has announced that it will return to the SSE Arena Wembley with another action-packed fight card, including an Olympian, a WBC Silver world title eliminator, a British championship battle, and a slew of rising talents on a night of breakthrough for a new generation of British boxing heroes.

After finishing her amateur career in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, the phenomenal Dubois will take her first professional step and begin her journey to becoming the next global superstar in women’s boxing.

Riakporhe, who returned from a lengthy injury layoff to defeat Krzysztof Twardowski, is now one step closer to realising his dream of winning the world title.

The former British Cruiserweight Champion will compete in a WBC Silver cruiserweight eliminator against Olanrewaju Durodola, and if victorious, will fight for a major world title in 2022.

Hosea Burton, the former British light-heavyweight champion, will have a chance to reclaim his championship against Dan Azeez in a long-awaited rematch.

The two British fighters have been on a collision course for some time, and the vacant British light-heavyweight championship elevates the stakes for this crowd-pleasing encounter.

The event also features the return of newly-crowned IBF International welterweight champion Florian Marku to the BOXXER ring after signing a new contract.

In what figures to be another of his typical explosive clashes, the heavy-handed fan favourite will put his belt on the line.

The card is headlined by two of the most exciting prospects in British boxing, with Hassan Azim stepping up from amateur to join his brother Adam in the professional ranks.

Azim, a member of Team GB and bronze medalist at the 2018 Youth Olympic Games, silver medalist at the European Youth Championships, and six-time national champion, is one of the most exciting prospects to emerge in recent years.

Adam Azim turned professional last year after a stellar amateur career that included eleven national titles, a European championship, and the number one slot in the youth amateur welterweight rankings. He is presently training with Shane McGuigan, who sees him as a potential unified world championship champion.
