Boxing Fight: Florian Marku defeats Miguel Parra Ramirez in a bout

Boxing Fight: At the Air Albania Stadium in Tirana, Florian Marku, who had previously boxed in Mexico, defeated Miguel Parra Ramirez by unanimous decision.

But to beat a tough foe who made Marku fight hard for his victory, he had to pull him up off the ground.

Marku, a kickboxer who switched to boxing, has been working his craft in the UK and amassing a devoted following as he rises in the welterweight category.

Rylan Charlton and most recently, former British champion Chris Jenkins were both defeated by him, and against Parra, he aimed to improve his standing with the WBC by capturing an interim silver championship from that governing body.

Marku’s ability to draw crowds—thousands of fans to an outdoor stadium for his first professional fight in Albania—was evident.

Even though the Albanian is used to a boisterous crowd cheering him on, it took him some time to get acclimated to this level of support. Parra Ramirez started things off with a long straight cross while Marku initially took a step back. The busiest of the two, he started by catching the domestic fighter.

However, Marku pushed himself forward and curved his right to land on his head. As he started to lead Parra Ramirez down, he poked his jab in. The Mexican kept working hard with straight blows, while Marku tried to get left hooks in.

In the third round, the “Albanian King” hammered a heavy right through, forcing Parra Ramirez to the ropes with the might of his blows.

Parra Ramirez was knocked off his feet by Marku’s charging left hook. Although it appeared to be more of a push than anything else, the referee awarded the Mexican a count. However, just as Marku was gaining pace, a head-to-head collision injured his left eye severely. With it as encouragement, Parra Ramirez beat Marku with hooks.

He was making it difficult for Marku to reach him. But when the cut’s blood flow was stopped, Florian Marku calmed himself and began using his gloves to deflect Parra Ramirez’s blows.

He continued to use lead left hooks while working at the Mexican. As he smacked Parra Ramirez back with his right cross, Marku exuded confidence as well.
