Juventus is preparing to sell their player Federico Bernardeschi to Manchester United as they seek to lower the United star Paul Pogba’s price.
The speculation surrounding Pogba’s future continues to pick up the pace, and it was recently reported that the United would be open to the possibility of a midfielder swap agreement ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.
Real Madrid has also long been credited with an interest in Pogba. However, a recent report suggested that the Spanish giants had lost their interest in the 2018 World Cup winner.
Meanwhile, Bernardeschi has contributed just one goal and one assist to the Old Lady ‘s 24 appearances during the 2019-20 season. The 26-year-old has been a key player for the Italian champions since arriving in Turin, although he has scored nine times in all competitions on 94 occasions.
Despite recently being linked to Barcelona, he has also caught the attention of the United.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Juve may have given the opportunity to sign Bernardeschi over to the 20-time English champions as part of the agreed contract for securing their Pogba during this summer’s transfer window.
