Philadelphia 76ers 94 – 106 Miami Heat

Jimmy Butler scored 21 as the Miami Heat lead from the start to beat the Philadelphia 76ers 106-94 in the Eastern Conference. The result meant that Philadelphia failed to snatch the top spot in the Eastern Conference. They still have a chance when they face the Orlando Magic. The Jimmy Butler inspired Miami Heat have now won their seventh game in eight including their last four games. The Heat is tied with the New York Knicks in fifth, both half a game behind the Atlanta Hawks in fourth.

Tyler Herro and Bam Adebayo scored 18 points each for the Heat who shot at 50.6 points from the field. Tobias Harris led the 76ers with 21 points. Shake Milton put up 12 points and Danny Green had 11. Joel Embiid was back in the lineup after he missed the last game with a non-COVID-related illness. The Heat did well to limit him to six points and two rebounds from the 25 minutes he played.

Toronto Raptors 102 – 114 Chicago Bulls

Zach LaVine scored 24 points, eight of which came in the fourth quarter as the Chicago Bulls beat the Toronto Raptors 114-102.
