Aaron Gordon has been with the Orlando Magic since the start of his career when he was the fourth overall pick in the draft in 2014. According to reports, Gordon requested a trade before the March 25th deadline and has attracted interest from a number of other franchises in the NBA. Orlando Magic, President of basketball operations is yet to find a suitable deal for Gordon.
Franchises, as varied as the Boston Celtics, Houston Rockets, Denver Nuggets, Minnesota Timberwolves and Portland Trail Blazers, are all believed to be vying for the player. The Magic are still holding out for an asking price of multiple first-round picks or one first-round pick and a young player. This might change, though with time running out for the March 25 deadline.
Gordon scored a season-high 38 points against the Brooklyn Nets that included six rebounds and four assists in a final bi to show his worth. He shot 8 out of 9 from beyond th arc. For the season he is maintaining averages of 15 points per game along with seven rebounds and four assists. He is also shooting a career-high of 40% from three on almost 4.5 attempts per contest.
