Despite a very troublesome journey back home, Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo seems to be ready for Turin.
Ronaldo’s plane had been confirmed to be grounded in Madrid owing to flight restrictions enforced due to coronavirus. However, his private jet ended up landing in Madeira.
Corriere dello Sport and Corriere della Sera, among others, say that the plane had previously landed in Funchal, and that No 7 may be back in Italy before it was all over. Indeed, Flightradar24 displays a Gulfstream G200 Galaxy that flies through the Spanish capital, believed to be a private jet. The jet could likely be the one carrying the 35-year-old football legend.
Adding to all that, before resuming practicing with the Juve team, Ronaldo must undergo two weeks of self-isolation.
