Lazio President Claudio Lotito Plans to Cut Wages from March till Series A Return

Lazio President Claudio Lotito plans to lower wages for the months of March and April and will call for a similar strategy for the months of May and June, until Series A resumes.

Il Messaggero claims that Biancocelesti’s patron has communicated a possible reduction in players’ salaries at the Olimpico, but their sources reveal that the players did not welcome the idea.

Lotito has reportedly asked his players to accept the planned pay cuts for March and April, but the Aquile Stars are not persuaded.

According to the Roman newspaper, the players did not respond well to his letter, but with Captain Senad Lulic currently in Switzerland, the meeting is only be a preliminary one.
