After 72 days of absence, Juventus talisman Cristiano Ronaldo has returned to Continassa undergoing medical tests before resuming training.
The Portuguese striker traveled to Madeira after a lockdown was imposed due to the widespread of the coronavirus. Ronaldo remained in his family’s company in Portugal for two months, and has been isolated since his return to Turin for the last two weeks.
This morning Calciomercato.com has confirmed CR7 arrival. The superstar will undergo the medical tests required for resumption at the J Medical today, and return to train for the first time since play stopped at Continassa.
Juventus beat Inter 2-0 on March 8, and immediately after, Series A was suspended. Moreover, teammate Daniele Rugani and other Juventus players tested positively for coronavirus.
